Description

The Warosoku Candle Set is a beautiful expression of traditional Japanese candle-making, handcrafted in Saitama using centuries-old techniques. Made by layering wax by hand, each candle produces a bright, gentle flame designed to bring a quiet, meditative atmosphere to the room.

Made from haze wax with cosmic hemp and charcoal, the candles are scentless and intended for a purifying, calming burn. The wick is crafted from washi paper and igusa, the natural fibre used in tatami mats, creating the distinctive flickering flame associated with Japanese Warosoku candles. Designed for use with a dedicated Japanese candle holder with a pin.
