Q: How long do I have to return an item if it is unsuitable?
A: 30 days from receipt of your order. We also offer free unlimited exchanges for UK orders. Our returns policy is extended to 90 days over the Christmas period.

Q: Can I order from overseas after Brexit?
A: Yes, we are shipping worldwide as usual. All international orders are sent via DPD on a DDP (delivery duties paid) service, which means we pay all of the taxes and duties in advance, and you receive your order quickly and without the need to deal with customs authorities or unexpected tax charges.
The price shown at checkout will include the tax due in your country, any duties if applicable, and the delivery charge.
Please note, any order being delivered within the EU that exceeds €150 will be liable for import duty - this will be payable at checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: We send all UK orders by Royal Mail and DPD. Standard delivery is typically a 2-3 working day service. Premium delivery takes 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will arrive the next day when you select DPD Next Working Day delivery at checkout.
