General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights. Please read them carefully.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.
Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

Customer Orders

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must accept delivery via post. We reserve the right to cancel an order which we feel may pose a risk of fraud. All orders placed on our website or by telephone will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail.
Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail). We also reserve the right to cancel your order without informing you.

When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from fraud detection checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.
We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices

The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers' prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

All displayed prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 20% but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.
All international orders have the UK VAT of 20% removed, as well as orders for delivery to tax-exempt UK regions such as the Channel Islands.
For international orders, the price shown includes all applicable taxes and duties due in your country. We pay these taxes for you in advance, so you receive your delivery quickly and without any unexpected charges. Orders being delivered within the EU that exceed €150 will incur import duty - this will be displayed and payable at checkout.

From time to time the prices displayed on our website may be different if you are directed to it from a third party website. Purchases at these prices can only be made on our website and by arriving on it through a relevant third party website; these prices will not be available in-store or over the telephone.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.

On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Similarly, our store is under no obligation to honour any website price or promotion in the event that they differ from those in-store. We are unable to accept responsibility for external websites advertising discount codes or promotions which are fake or expired. Any discount code received directly from us or our website may be used at checkout, within the validity period. Discount codes cannot be stacked (ie. you will only be able to use one code, if you attempt to use a second code it will replace the first).

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

Order Processing

Your order is sent directly to our secure system for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours. During busy periods we offer no guarantee on dispatch times and delivery times.
Orders for next day delivery placed before the cutoff will always be despatched the same day.

You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account from the Home page on this website, or via the link in your order confirmation email.

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours. Despatch may take longer during the busiest times of the year.
Next day orders placed before the cutoff will always be despatched the same day.

All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail or DPD. Please enter your contact details at checkout for delivery and tracking notifications.
All displayed prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 20% but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return your order before you are refunded.

International delivery - prices and delivery times will be calculated at checkout depending on your delivery country. All international orders will be sent via DPD.

For international orders, the price shown has the UK VAT of 20% removed, as well as orders for delivery to tax-exempt UK regions such as the Channel Islands. 
For orders delivered within the EU, if the order total exceeds €150 import duty will also apply.
We deliver using a DDP (delivery duty paid) service, so you will not have to pay any further customs fees or import taxes/duties before delivery.

We use Royal Mail and DPD to deliver our orders. All items are insured so if they are lost in postal transit, your money is guaranteed at all times. If this is the case, we will file a claim for missing goods and upon completion of the claim we will either re-send the goods or refund the full amount to your card. Please be aware this process can take up to 21 days, as we have to give the courier sufficient time to search for your missing parcel.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order to protect against fraud - however you can change your delivery address before completing your order if you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace or elsewhere.

The DPD next working day service is currently not available to the following postcode ranges:

Availability

All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you are ordering goods that are out of stock we will dispatch them when they are received from our supplier.

On occasions goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.


Returns

Christmas Returns: We have extended our returns policy for the Christmas period. All orders placed between 1st November and 31st December 2024 are eligible for return until 31st January 2025.

We offer FREE unlimited exchanges for UK orders.

You can request a return online here.

If you wish to return your order, we offer a full refund, exchange or store credit if it is sent back in brand new, resaleable condition (including all tags and product packaging) within 30 days of the order being delivered.
Original standard delivery costs will be included in any refund or store credit, with the exception of upgraded, next-day and international delivery services.

Refunds - We'll provide a returns label - a £2.99 label fee will be deducted from your refund.

If requesting a return for multiple orders, these must be posted in individual parcels as they need to be processed separately to avoid delays.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (card, paypal etc.). If you paid with Klarna, your refund will be reflected in your Klarna statement, and the balance owed will be cleared.

If you wish to exchange your item(s), you will be given the option to replace the same item or swap for a different size/item. Where there is a price difference we will refund the balance or send you an invoice to pay the additional charge once your return is processed, and before your exchange is despatched.

If you wish to return your order for store credit, we will email you a gift card when your return is processed and this can be used towards any future order. Store credit never expires.

When you have requested a return via our online portal, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your order, with your Royal Mail returns label attached (UK orders only). You can choose from the following options to return your order;

Print the label and attach to the parcel. Drop it off at your nearest post office or parcel postbox.

No printer? No problem - you have two options:

Get a QR code which can be used to print the label at the post office.

Doorstep collection - Select a convenient date and time for Royal Mail to collect the parcel from your home. No need to print anything, the postie can bring a label along with them.

Any refund, exchange or credit will be issued once we have received the goods, in the original condition. The refund will be for the full amount of your order, including standard delivery costs (UK only). Please note, if you paid for upgraded or next day delivery, this charge will not be refunded to you. A £2.99 returns label fee will be deducted from refunds, unless the item is returned due to a manufacturing fault or packing error. Returns for multiple orders cannot be returned in the same package - the £2.99 label fee applies per order, not per item or per package.

When using our Royal Mail tracked returns service, the parcel will take 2-3 working days to arrive back with us, and will usually be processed within a further 2-3 working days. You can see whether we have received your return by using the tracking number on the label provided. Please do not chase your return with us unless it was delivered back to us more than 5 working days ago - returns may take longer to be processed during busy periods.

In the interest of our staff and customers' health and safety we cannot accept returns for some items, such as reusable face masks or underwear.

We never charge a restocking fee for returned items.

If you opt to add a free gift to your order during a promotion, you will also need to return the free gift should you return the item(s) in your order. Failure to return any free gift in new condition will result in the retail value of the gift being deducted from your refund.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded, at your request. If an item has been worn and developed a fault, we may request images of the item to verify the fault before authorising your return request.

International returns must be posted back to us at your own expense. Delivery costs on orders outside the UK will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

We may store name and address details you provide us, as well as your purchasing history, but we never store card details or any highly-sensitive information. All payments are collected by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Pay Later with Klarna) and at no point do we ever have access to see the full card details.

The Data Protection Act & GDPR

Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018, we have a duty to protect any information we collect from you. It will not be disclosed to any other organisation unless you give explicit permission, or there is a legal obligation to do so. We collect information about you for two main reasons:

To process your online order.
To provide you with the most efficient possible service.
The information collected will be used to personally keep in touch and let you know of any offers, sales or promotions that JEANSTORE are carrying out (if you have selected to receive these emails/newsletters). You have the right to opt out of email marketing at any time.
Your data may be stored on our systems for 10 years, for the above purposes, or until you withdraw consent for us to process your data.

Right To Request Information & Withdrawal Of Consent

In line with GDPR, you have a right to request a copy of any personal data held by JEANSTORE at any time, in order to check its accuracy. You also have the right to request removal of all data we hold for you on our systems.
