The highlight of the collection is certainly the 701gsm Double Heavyweight French Terry knit fabric, used on the pullover hoodie and crew sweat.
The 701gsm (21oz per square yard) Double Heavyweight French Terry fabric is made from one of the heaviest knits ever produced, with a weight approximately two times that of a standard heavyweight knit.
Made in Wakayama Japan on circular knitting machines, this low gauge (10G) French terry has an irregular surface texture with large soft loops on the inside.
The theme continues with the 409gsm (12.1oz per square yard) Double Heavyweight crew neck t-shirt - again, one of the heaviest jerseys ever produced, and typically double the weight of a typical heavyweight tee. The Crew neck T-Shirt has a modern athletic fit with binder neck ribbed collar, union special flat side seam construction and is made in Japan.
Moving away from the Double Heavyweight pieces, there is also the vintage-inspired, super-soft Fleeced Fox Fibre Pullover Hoodie.
The Fleeced Fox Fibre Pullover Hoodie is made from a 345gsm (10.2oz per square yard) brushed back knit made from a combination of specialty organic and recycled cotton yarns. The exterior is made from a recycled cotton, by reusing cotton fibres that drifted away during the yarn spinning process. This cotton contains both long and short staple cotton, giving the yarn a natural unevenness. The interior is made from organically grown naturally coloured brown cotton called Fox Fibre. Made in Wakayama Japan on circular knitting machines, this medium gauge (14G) fleece is incredibly soft and is designed to age with a vintage feel.
