Description

Tellason’s Sheffield Relaxed Straight Jeans are built around a dependable mid-rise shape, taking the Ankara straight leg and refining it with a 2" taper from knee to hem. The result is a relaxed straight-tapered fit with room and comfort through the thigh, narrowing subtly towards the cuff for a cleaner, more considered finish.

Made from 16.5oz proprietary Kaihara Japanese dark blue line raw selvedge denim, the fabric is sanforized and pre-shrunk for a more stable fit while retaining the depth and character of unwashed denim. This tightly woven heavyweight cloth is built to break in slowly, developing fades and texture through regular wear. Extra heavy pocket bags and reinforced back pocket bottoms strengthen the high-wear areas, while classic five-pocket construction, solid metal hardware, reinforced stitching and a button fly keep the build rooted in traditional denim making. Finished with a Tanner Goods leather patch, each pair is cut and sewn in San Francisco, California.
