Reinforced stitching at every high-stress seam underlines its long-term intent, while solid metal hardware will develop its own patina over time. Functional pockets with button closures and slash hand pockets offer practical storage without disturbing the classic lines. Signature selvedge detailing at the placket and cuffs adds a quiet nod to heritage denim traditions.

Designed by Jay Alaimo as part of a 2011 collaboration with Smith+Butler in Brooklyn, NY, and made in San Francisco, California, this is a jacket built with meticulous stitch work and a clear purpose — made for years, not seasons.
