The SPELLBOUND Wide Tapered Selvedge Jeans offer a contemporary interpretation of classic Japanese denim, combining traditional craftsmanship with a relaxed wide tapered silhouette. Featuring a slightly deeper rise and generous room through the hips and thighs, the fit creates a substantial, comfortable shape that tapers neatly towards the hem. The result is a well-balanced silhouette that delivers the character of vintage workwear with a clean, refined appearance. A traditional button fly and authentic vintage-style hardware complete the timeless five-pocket design.

Crafted from 100% American-grown cotton, used for both the warp and weft, SPELLBOUND's original selvedge denim is woven slowly on traditional shuttle looms to create a richly textured fabric reminiscent of vintage denim. The warp yarns are rope-dyed with 100% pure indigo, gradually building a deep, rich colour that will develop character with wear. Developed through extensive testing to recreate the distinctive qualities of authentic vintage garments, the denim receives a single wash to soften the fabric while preserving its natural texture and deep indigo shade. Carefully selected buttons, rivets and contrasting stitching threads add further depth to the construction, while traditional chain-stitched hems provide an authentic finishing touch, particularly when worn with rolled cuffs.
