This Sukajan souvenir jacket is crafted from 100% cotton velveteen in a rich indigo tone. To minimise the risk of colour transfer, the fabric is dyed using a special method that achieves an indigo look without using traditional indigo dye. The result is a deep, lustrous surface with the soft, tactile feel velveteen is known for. Inside, a black satin lining and light padding provide comfort and subtle insulation, making it wearable across seasons.

The design draws from classic vintage compositions centred around a skull motif. In true Samurai fashion, the artwork features a helmeted skull, a dragon gripping a sword, military banners and other bold elements. The embroidery is based on an actual hand-drawn pattern, giving it striking presence and depth. Special-order knitted ribbing and a YKK zipper complete the construction, while the Samurai “Hi No Maru” rising-sun name adds a signature touch. Made in Japan, this is a powerful, statement-making piece rooted in tradition and craftsmanship.
