Samurai Jeans Kaminari Laundry Thunder Soap is a traditional Japanese laundry powder developed for washing denim while helping to protect the fabric and preserve hard-earned fades. Made in collaboration with Motomiya Soap Factory, it reflects a long-standing commitment to careful, traditional production methods and simple, effective ingredients.

Made from bean oil, a by-product created after authentically brewed soy sauce is pressed, Kaminari laundry powder is produced in limited quantities due to the restricted availability of this ingredient. Motomiya Soap Factory began producing Kaminari laundry powder in 1922 using just water, bean oil and caustic soda. With 99% purity and an additive-free formula, it is designed to be gentle on both the environment and the body while still offering strong dirt-removing performance.
