Description

The Porter-Yoshida & Co. Mile Shoulder Bag is inspired by American tool bags and work aprons from the 1940s and 50s, bringing classic utility character into a clean everyday carry piece. Its simple shoulder bag shape is practical and easy to wear, with space for magazines, A4 files and daily essentials.

Made in Japan from nylon cotton twill, the outer fabric has a subtle military feel with a unique sheen created by the nylon threads on the surface. After sewing, the bag is washed so the outer and inner fabrics shrink differently, creating rippling, wrinkling and puckering that recalls vintage workwear. The front triple-stitching adds to this character, while shiny plated metal fittings and a cushioned handle bring a more refined finish. Inside, three storage compartments help keep things organised, with an exterior zip pocket for easy-access items.
