The PORTER HEAT series combines rugged function with refined design, built from highly durable, water-resistant materials. First launched in Autumn/Winter 2001, the series has since evolved into a wide-ranging collection of business bags and accessories, adapting to changing lifestyles while retaining its core identity.

This briefcase is crafted from Japanese-made varistor nylon oxford, woven from 66 nylon yarn — a fabric known for its outstanding heat resistance, tear strength, and abrasion resistance, and also used in airbags and bulletproof vests. Sections of industrial-grade tarpaulin and coated polyester add contrast in both look and texture, creating a stylish monochrome finish. Designed with utility in mind, it features the PALS webbing system for attaching pouches or accessories, along with D-rings and double rings to accommodate carabiners and wallet chains. Dense nylon tape reinforcement at key points helps the bag maintain its structure and ease of use. As with other bags in the HEAT series, it comes with a detachable leather keychain and a PORTER-engraved magnetic flashlight, complete with accessories and a special case.
