Crafted in Japan from 100% cotton, the shirt begins with the selection and blending of short cotton fibres before being spun into original Nigel Cabourn yarn. This yarn is then woven into fabric and sewn into the finished garment, with the full process taking approximately six months. Designed to improve in texture with wear, it is a seasonless piece that becomes increasingly personal over time.
