Description

The Secret Agent Denim is a distinctive take on Japanese denim, developed from a fabric that was nearly discarded during production. After an entire lot was unintentionally water damaged in Japan, the indigo developed unevenly across the surface, giving the cloth an unusual and imperfect starting point. Rather than letting it go to waste, the fabric was reworked into something entirely new. Cut in the Strong Guy fit, these jeans have a relaxed straight silhouette with a high rise, more room through the seat and thigh, and a wide leg opening for a fuller, more substantial shape.

The 14oz Japanese denim was carefully bleached at the fabric stage by a nearby Japanese dye house, transforming the damaged indigo into a pale, cloudy tone with a soft, consistent finish. The fabric is cut and sewn in this state without garment washing, preserving the natural body and durability of the denim while offering improved drape and comfort from the start. Finished with a full-grain leather patch and made in Canada, it is a thoughtful example of turning imperfection into character.
