Momotaro Jeans #300 Slim Jeans are a refined, sharply cut pair built around one of the most distinctive fabrics in the range. The #300 is the slimmest silhouette, designed with a lean profile that tapers cleanly from the inseam to the hem. With a slightly low rise and carefully engineered pattern, it offers a composed, modern fit while still allowing comfort and movement through regular wear.

Made in Japan from rigid unwashed selvedge denim, the fabric blends cotton with silk weft yarns to create a rare contrast of texture and character. Silk is notably difficult to weave, but its use gives the denim an exceptionally smooth handle and refined sheen, while the rigid construction keeps the cloth crisp, raw and full of potential. The result is a fabric that feels both elegant and uncompromising, combining artisanal craft with the edge of traditional unwashed denim.

Built with a waistband curtain for added structure and finished with a cowhide leather patch, these jeans reflect Momotaro Jeans’ focus on long-term quality and considered construction. As with many rigid denim styles, slight shrinkage may occur, and washing separately is recommended to help prevent colour transfer.
