Description
The Aldwych is a premium calf leather classic Toe Cap Oxford, featuring Goodyear welted construction with fully leather soles that provide a high level of comfort, shape retention and added durability. Aldwych uses Loake's 'Capital' last shape, and is available in an ‘F’ fitting. These men's shoes are designed and engineered in Kettering and made in Loake's high-grade factory in England.
The Last: Capital.
One of Loake's most versatile shoe lasts, Capital is used for several of Loake's 1880 styles from formal shoes such as the Aldwych toe cap Oxford to boots such as Pimlico and Hyde. It is a medium width last with a slight chisel shape to the toe and runs true to size. Capital has been a popular choice with Loake customers since its introduction, currently nine styles are made on this last.
The Style: Toe Cap Oxford.
Look sharp with a straight toe-cap Oxford shoe. Constructed on a variety of last shapes to suit any foot shape, these uncomplicated designs are available with either leather or rubber soles in a choice of beautiful leathers.
The Collection: Loake 1880 Classic.
A collection of classic styles crafted from high-quality, calf leathers and featuring the famous Goodyear Welted construction. Reflecting the traditional heritage of Loake dating back to 1880, many of the hand-finished, luxurious styles in this collection have become icons in their own right. All 1880 Classic styles are made in the company's Northamptonshire factory, located in the heart of England.

Loake Shoemakers.
Since 1880, Loake Shoemakers has produced some of the world’s finest footwear from their Wood Street factory in Kettering, Northamptonshire. Family-owned since the very beginning, Loake are proud of their history and heritage as traditional shoemakers.
The famous Goodyear construction for which Loake are known is a traditional and intricate process, with origins that can be traced back over 300 years. Only the very highest quality materials are used, and it's estimated that over 60 million pairs of Loake goodyear welted shoes have been produced since they began.

available we provide a generic brand size guide. Individual garments may
differ from these measurements and we cannot guarantee the item you receive
will match these measurements exactly.
Many brands also have a level of tolerance in size differences
