Hirakyusu teapot is a refined small matte teapot designed for a single, considered serving of loose-leaf tea. Compact, elegant and beautifully balanced, it brings together minimal modern design with the quiet precision of traditional Japanese tea craftsmanship.

Handcrafted in Tokoname, Japan, one of the country’s historic pottery regions, the teapot is made from 100% ceramic clay with cobalt pigment and finished with an unglazed matte texture. A built-in flat ceramic strainer preserves the purity of the tea’s flavour while allowing a smooth pour, and the precision-sealed lid helps prevent drips while pouring through to the final drop.
