The Barbour Heritage Bedale® Waxed Jacket is one of Barbour’s most enduring countrywear icons, originally designed in 1980 by Dame Margaret Barbour with equestrian practicality in mind. Cut to a relaxed fit with a shorter length and rear vents, it offers comfort, mobility and timeless British style for year-round wear.

Crafted from medium weight 6oz waxed cotton, the Bedale® provides dependable weather protection with a durable, traditional handle. A laminated cotton lining, polyester drip-strip and cotton corduroy collar add classic function and comfort, while the brass two-way ring-pull zip, studded Stormfly front, bellows pockets and moleskin-lined handwarmer pockets complete the jacket with authentic Barbour utility.
