Description
This extra-thick moleskin jacket takes its inspiration from 1950s French workwear, but the execution is far more refined. Made in Japan from an original, densely woven 100% cotton moleskin, it has a firmness and heft that almost mimics leather. The fabric is woven to the highest density possible, then sheared to increase nap density and prevent pilling, giving it a smooth, uniform surface that moulds beautifully to the body over time.
The cut is carefully engineered with a three-piece construction ā front, side, and back panels ā designed to create a clean, modern silhouette that stays close without flaring out. Side armpit sections further refine the shape, adding comfort and a tailored feel. Though the jacket starts out structured and stiff, the cotton softens steadily with wear, developing a lived-in richness that only improves with age. With thoughtful details including a front button closure and one-button cuffs, this is a timeless, universal piece that evolves gracefully and is fully washable at home.

All items in the brands' collection are 100% produced in Japan.
The fabrics used by F.O.B factory are carefully selected from raw cotton, sewn by expert seamstresses, and boast a basic and traditional design, with iconic vintage styles in mind. F.O.B Factory believe that there is value in clothes that can be worn for a long time, rather than just consumed.

Where possible we provide individual product size guides. If these aren't
available we provide a generic brand size guide. Individual garments may
differ from these measurements and we cannot guarantee the item you receive
will match these measurements exactly.
Many brands also have a level of tolerance in size differences
