What is a moc-toe boot?
Moc-toe boots take their name from moccasin-inspired stitching that outlines the upper section of the toe. That detail gives them a different appearance from plain-toe boots, but it doesn’t dictate the height, sole or fit. This collection includes six-inch lace-up boots alongside chukka and desert designs.
Look at the toe shape from above as well as the side profile. Some designs have a broader outline or more prominent stitching, while others offer a lower, less substantial shape.

Fit, soles and care
Use the sizing advice for the specific brand and model, and try boots with the socks you intend to wear. Don’t assume that prominent moc-toe stitching guarantees extra toe room: the internal shape still varies.
Compare sole thickness, tread and construction when choosing a pair. The moc-toe label alone doesn’t establish waterproofing, safety protection or whether a boot can be resoled.
Follow the care instructions for the particular upper material and finish. Use suitable cleaning and conditioning products where recommended, remembering that some treatments can alter the colour.
