Goral Footwear.

Goral is a fourth-generation, family-run shoemaker with roots dating back to 1936. Originally established as a small family workshop in Poland, the business was built around generations of shoemaking knowledge and a commitment to doing things properly. In 2005, the family moved both home and craft to Sheffield, continuing that tradition within one of Britain’s great manufacturing cities.

The Goral footwear collection at Jeanstore brings together beautifully made shoes and boots defined by traditional craftsmanship, premium materials and understated design. Every pair is produced in Goral’s Sheffield workshop by a team of around 40 skilled craftspeople, many with decades of experience. Each shoe passes through more than 200 individual stages, from pattern cutting and clicking to skiving, closing, lasting, stitching and final inspection.

Goral focuses on timeless styles rather than seasonal trends, creating footwear intended to be worn, maintained and enjoyed for years. Each pair is designed with resoling and rebuilding in mind, allowing the leather to develop rich character and patina over time.

Materials include premium leathers such as Horween Chromexcel, Shell Cordovan and C.F. Stead suede, selected for their durability, texture and ageing qualities. The result is British-made footwear with genuine substance: carefully constructed, quietly refined and shaped by generations of skill.

Goral Footwear at Jeanstore

The Goral footwear collection at Jeanstore showcases this blend of heritage craftsmanship and contemporary design. Every pair is made in the brand’s Sheffield workshop by a team of around 40 skilled craftspeople, many of whom have worked with Goral for more than two decades. Each shoe passes through more than 200 individual stages, from pattern cutting and clicking to skiving, closing, lasting, stitching and final inspection.

The collection focuses on timeless, versatile footwear designed for long-term wear rather than short-lived trends. Small-batch production, considered proportions and traditional construction give each pair a distinctive sense of quality, while resolable designs allow the shoes to be maintained, rebuilt and worn for years.

Goral also works with premium leathers including Horween Chromexcel, Shell Cordovan and C.F. Stead suede, chosen for their durability, texture and ability to develop a rich patina.

At Jeanstore, Goral footwear offers an authentic expression of British shoemaking: carefully crafted, beautifully finished and built with longevity at its core.
