Carhartt Inc. was established in 1889 in Detroit, Michigan USA by Hamilton Carhartt. For over 120 years Carhartt has been dedicated to its mission of providing Best In Class apparel for the active worker. Standing for rugged construction, innovative design and exceptional standards of quality, durability and comfort, Carhartt workwear has become a legend in the skilled trades.

 Since 1994 Carhartt has been distributed in Europe through Work In Progress Textilhandels GmbH. Starting to distribute the regular collection from Carhartt Inc., Work In Progress progressed quickly to adapt Carhartt to the European market. In 1997 the first selection of pieces made especially for the European market were added to the regular collection.

Today Carhartt WIP sits at the intersection between workwear and streetwear. Its brilliance, and the secret to the brand's longevity, is its marriage of rugged practicality and fashion smarts. Known for its frequent collaborations with other streetwear brands and its inventive product lines (Carhartt incense, anyone?), Carhartt really does have its cake and eat it by producing both serious, quality workwear and contemporary fashion pieces.

What is your returns policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. We can offer a full refund, exchange or store credit.

Exchanges are free on all orders.
Refunds will incur a £2.99 charge towards the returns label, which will be deducted from the refund - with the exception of Jeanstore Unlimited members for whom refunds are also free. Standard delivery charges will also be refunded.

International returns will need to be returned at your own expense.

What is Jeanstore Unlimited?

Jeanstore Unlimited is a 12-month subscription available to purchase from your basket before placing an order.

For just £19 per year, you will get the following benefits:

How long does delivery take?

We offer UK delivery via both Royal Mail and DPD. You will have three different speed delivery options available at checkout, each giving an estimated delivery date.

Next day delivery is available via DPD for orders placed before 3pm (excluding weekends and bank holidays.)

International delivery times vary - the delivery speed will be shown when you select your delivery country at checkout.

Do I pay tax and duties on international orders?

For international customers, UK VAT has removed from the prices you see on our website. After you enter your delivery address at checkout, all local taxes and duties will be added to the total and we pay these in advance for you.

This means there are no extra charges before delivery and no nasty surprises!
