Crafted in Japan’s finest knitting mills, Wonder Looper’s pieces embody slow fashion at its best — built with rare vintage knitting machines, organic fibres, and timeless attention to detail. This collection is all about texture, natural colour, and heavyweight fabrics that only get better with age.
Who are Wonder Looper?
A Japanese brand with founders boasting a wealth of experience in the denim space – Wonder Looper is obsessed with textiles, fit, and heritage production. Their garments are made in small batches on traditional machines in Japan, where vintage circular knitting frames are still in operation. Using organic cotton, real indigo dyeing, and heavyweight fabrics, the results are knits that feel denser, softer, and longer-lasting than anything mass-produced. Every piece is designed to fade, patina, and evolve with wear — clothing that grows with you.

Foxfibre® Heavyweight Waffle Henley
These Henleys are built on a substantial 502gsm waffle knit, offering structure and warmth while remaining breathable. Made from organically grown, naturally coloured Foxfibre® cotton, they come in two earthy, dye-free coyote shades. For an even more elevated finish, the Iron Mordant edition combines 80% Foxfibre® with 20% extra-long staple cotton, and is treated with an iron mordant that produces a deep, dark tone and patinas beautifully over time. Details include raglan sleeves, flat seam construction, a curved hem, and real horn buttons at the Henley placket.

Real Indigo Blanket Striped French Terry
This standout fabric is knitted with indigo-dyed yarns that fade just like raw denim. The exterior has a vintage-inspired, rugged look, while the interior reveals blanket-stripe loops with colourful nep flecks for extra character. At around 480gsm, this is a truly heavyweight French terry designed for longevity. Available in the Pullover Crewneck, Pullover Hoodie, Zip Hoodie, and Sweatpants.

Fleeced Foxfibre®
A Jeanstore favourite, now entering its third season. Made from a 345gsm brushed-back knit, these sweats use recycled cotton on the face yarn and naturally coloured Foxfibre® cotton on the inside, giving a soft fleece finish with a lived-in look. The knit is medium gauge (14G), produced on circular knitting machines in Wakayama. Expect raglan sleeves, ribbed side panels, and flat seam construction for comfort and durability. Available in Oatmeal, Charcoal, and Heather Grey across the Pullover Crewneck, Pullover Hoodie, Zip Hoodie, and the new addition — Sweatpants.
Double Heavyweight Tees
Amongst the heaviest t-shirts in the world. At 409gsm, they have a dense hand-feel and a boxy premium fit that sets them apart from standard tees. Knit slowly in Japan on circular machines, with ribbed binder collars and flat seam stitching. Restocked in multiple colours — shop the Double Heavyweight tees here.

Ultimate Pima Tsuriami Tees
