The main body is constructed from ultra high-density nylon twill, woven with 70d vertical and 210d horizontal semi-dull nylon yarns at an exceptionally dense 275 × 82 threads per inch. The weaving technique creates a firm, structured fabric with a subtle sheen, offering both durability and sophistication.
For reinforcement, the base is made from CORDURA Ballistic® 1680D nylon, treated with a water-repellent finish and PU coating on the reverse for added strength and weather resistance. Vegetable-tanned eco cow leather is used for trim, certified to the Japan Leather Technical Association’s JES standards, ensuring it is free from harmful substances such as hexavalent chromium. Metal fittings complement the rugged yet elegant style, enhancing its military-inspired aesthetic.
Functionality is equally considered: dual front zip pockets provide quick access for essentials, while the back features snap-secured storage. The gusset can be expanded or contracted depending on the load, while the main compartment includes pen and notepad organisation and an additional zip pocket for small items.
