The Jackman Back Nep Baseball Cap is a textured everyday cap with a natural, rustic character. Made in Japan, it carries Jackman’s considered approach to fabric and construction, offering a simple, wearable shape elevated by the distinctive surface of back-nep cotton.

Crafted from 100% cotton using a dry American and Australian cotton blend, the fabric is made with yarns spun to deliberately create neps during the carding process. Because nep yarn is more delicate than standard yarn, it is woven with careful control on an old-fashioned rapier loom, giving the cap strength while preserving the irregular texture and character of the fabric.
