Description
The Carhartt WIP L/S Madison Fine Cord Shirt is a classic button-down style that brings a cleaner, smarter edge to everyday workwear. Cut with a curved hem and finished with a button-down collar, it has an easy, versatile shape that works well worn on its own or layered through the colder months. The embroidered Carhartt WIP C Logo on the left chest adds a subtle branded finish.
It is constructed from midweight 16 wale cotton corduroy, with the fine wale count giving the fabric a softer, more refined texture than heavier cord. The garment has been washed for a softer feel, making it more comfortable from the first wear. The Madison cord shirt has full button closure, adjustable cuffs and a 100% cotton outer fabric.

Carhartt WIP.
Established in 1994 by Edwin Faeh, Carhartt Work In Progress (WIP) develops its own collections based on original Carhartt workwear. The brand combines authentic adaptations of these robust American archetypes, while engaging with the subcultures that have embraced it. This, in turn, has seen Carhartt WIP place itself in a new context and bring forth its own classics.
Carhartt WIP opened its first store in London in 1997 and today operates over 80 brick and mortar locations worldwide. It also has its own skate team and music department, while supporting an array of artists and releasing various publications. Since 2010, Carhartt WIP has worked with a number of like-minded collaborators, including A.P.C., Converse, Fragment Design, Junya Watanabe, Nike, Underground Resistance, and Motown.
