This 1461 is a Made in England style, hand-crafted at the Cobbs Lane factory in Wollaston, Northamptonshire. Built around Dr. Martens’ classic 3-eye shoe silhouette, it brings a refined heritage feel to the design through considered details including antiqued eyelets, a stamped leather tag, striped hiker laces and premium C. F. Stead leather.

Crafted with Wax Commander leather from C. F. Stead & Co., the shoe uses a heavyweight deeply waxed suede with a distressed two-tone look and vintage character. It is built on Dr. Martens’ AirWair™ air-cushioned sole with a commando tread, while Goodyear-welted construction, yellow welt stitching and grooved sides retain the unmistakable Docs DNA.
