Inspired by the golden era of American motorcycling, this cap pays homage to the bold aesthetics of vintage water-slide decals from the 1930s to 1960s. Ampal Creative has hand-redrawn a selection of their favourites and printed them vintage-style on felt for a truly nostalgic finish.
Crafted with a 100% cotton corduroy upper and lined with rare deadstock Japanese flannel at the front, the cap delivers both comfort and heritage charm. Its unstructured, crushable upper keeps the silhouette relaxed, while the Ampal Unstructured Fit ensures a deeper profile—similar to a trucker or fitted hat, but with the feel of a classic baseball cap.
An adjustable leather strap allows for a customised fit, and the interior is finished with a custom chino twill sweatband featuring a built-in sweat barrier for comfort on the move.
