Description
This series blends military-inspired design with refined elegance, achieved through premium fabrics and careful detailing. The main body is constructed from ultra high-density nylon twill, woven with 70d vertical and 210d horizontal semi-dull nylon yarns at an exceptionally dense 275 × 82 threads per inch. The weaving technique creates a firm, structured fabric with a subtle sheen, offering both durability and sophistication.
For reinforcement, the base is made from CORDURA Ballistic® 1680D nylon, treated with a water-repellent finish and PU coating on the reverse for added strength and weather resistance. Vegetable-tanned eco cow leather is used for trim, certified to the Japan Leather Technical Association’s JES standards, ensuring it is free from harmful substances such as hexavalent chromium. Metal fittings complement the rugged yet elegant style, enhancing its military-inspired aesthetic.
Functionality is equally considered: dual front zip pockets provide quick access for essentials, while the back features snap-secured storage. The gusset can be expanded or contracted depending on the load, while the main compartment includes pen and notepad organisation and an additional zip pocket for small items. Lightweight yet robust, this bag delivers both practicality and a refined, contemporary military mood.

In 2008, they made a visionary move to create their own manufacturing facility. This strategic decision enabled Master–Piece to navigate challenges that many producers in developed countries encounter, such as securing production capabilities and skilled labour. Their apprentice craftsmen now work alongside seasoned "master craftsmen" from earlier generations, ensuring that the knowledge and essence of "Made in Japan" continue to thrive and be transmitted to future generations.

Originating from Osaka, Master-Piece bags showcase the precision of Japanese craftsmanship with a focus on durability and style in every detail.
