Description
The Pendleton Journey West collection is a Europe-only line that honours the vision of brand founder Thomas Kay. Born in Sheffield, Kay journeyed to the Pacific Northwest of America in the early 1860s, seeking the finest fabrics and weaving traditions. Settling in Oregon, his expertise helped establish the Kay Woollen Mill, which became one of the largest in the West. This collection reflects that heritage, blending original jacquard inspirations with classic workwear and leisurewear shapes, crafted with the authenticity of Kay’s original journey in mind.
This shirt channels Pendleton’s vintage designs from the 1970s and 1980s, featuring a button-down collar with quilted nylon lining through the collar and yoke. Constructed from a midweight 230GSM cotton check, it offers both durability and comfort. Finished with horn buttons and cut to a regular fit, it’s a faithful nod to Pendleton’s legacy, designed for timeless wear.
