Returns
CHRISTMAS RETURNS:
We have extended our returns policy for the Christmas season. Any orders placed between November 1st and December 25th can be returned until January 31st 2020.

Full refund including standard delivery charge, or exchange.
If you wish to return your order, we offer a full refund or an exchange if it is sent back in brand new, resaleable condition (including all tags, packaging and boxes) within 30 days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (card, paypal, google pay or amazon pay). If you paid using Pay Later with Klarna, your refund will be reflected in your Klarna statement, and the balance owed will be cleared.
To speed up the exchange process, if you request an exchange we will email you a gift card code upon receipt of your return, which you can then use to place a new order for the item you require.
When you have requested a return via our online portal, you will receive an email with instructions on how to generate your free returns label and return the order to us. Any refund or exchange credit will be issued once we have received the goods, in the original condition. The refund will be for the full amount of your order, including delivery costs. Please note, if you paid for express delivery, this will not be refunded to you due to the cost of the service.
We never charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded, at your request. If an item has been worn and developed a fault, we may request images of the item to verify the fault before authorising your return request.
International returns must be posted back to us at your own expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
