Description
This 1461 is expertly handcrafted using Phoenix leather from C. F. Stead and takes its design inspiration from early versions of DM’s platforms. Phoenix is a full grain leather with a heavy wax top that creates strong pull-up character and a rich colour contrast.
The 1461 3-eye shoe is built on an 85 “bump toe” last and constructed on a trans Bex outsole with yellow welt stitching.
The silhouette is detailed with antique gold eyelets and a branded C. F. Stead swing tag

The Dr. Martens air-cushioned sole is oil and fat-resistant, offers good abrasion and slip resistance and small visible indentations left on the welt by the original stitching machine making these shoes unique to Dr. Martens.
Made in the original Wollaston factory, England.
