All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail or DPD next working day (if selected). Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a 2-3 working day delivery from dispatch. Please enter your contact details at checkout for shipping and tracking notifications.

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return your order before you are refunded.

International orders from within the European Union (EU) will be charged at £7.99. All EU orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked or DPD classic. Which service we offer and the delivery time depends on the destination country, but on average EU orders take 2-6 working days to arrive from dispatch.

International orders from outside the European Union (Rest Of World) will be charged at £14.99. All International (Rest Of World) orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked, which typically takes 6-8 working days to arrive from dispatch.

From January 1st, 2021 all international orders will have the UK VAT removed at checkout (so the price will be lower than stated). However, you may be liable for import VAT and duty depending on your location when the item is delivered. We are unable to assist with this and cannot tell you the amount due, so please refer to the tax guidelines in your country before ordering to avoid any surprises. The recent trade deal between the UK and EU suggests orders from the EU will be liable for import VAT but no import duty or customs fees.

We use Royal Mail and DPD to dispatch our orders. All items are insured so if they are lost in postal transit, your money is guaranteed at all times. If this is the case, we will file a claim for missing goods and upon completion of the claim we will either re-send the goods or refund the full amount to your card. Please be aware this process can take up to 21 days, as we have to give the courier sufficient time to search for your missing parcel.

We will only deliver goods to the address on the order to protect against fraud - however you can change your delivery address before completing your order if you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace or elsewhere.

Returns in the UK are FREE.

If you wish to return your order, we offer a full refund or an exchange if it is sent back in brand new, resaleable condition (including all tags, packaging and boxes) within 90 days.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (card, paypal etc.). If you paid using Pay Later with Klarna, your refund will be reflected in your Klarna statement, and the balance owed will be cleared.

To speed up the exchange process, if you request an exchange we will email you a gift card code upon receipt of your return, which you can then use to place a new order for the item you require.

When you have requested a return via our online portal, you will receive an email with instructions on how to generate your free returns label and return the order to us. Any refund or exchange credit will be issued once we have received the goods, in the original condition. The refund will be for the full amount of your order, including delivery costs. Please note, if you paid for express delivery, this will not be refunded to you due to the cost of the service.

In the interest of our staff and customers' health and safety we cannot accept returns for some items, such as reusable face masks or underwear.

We never charge a restocking fee for returned items.

If you opt to add a free gift to your order during a promotion, you will also need to return the free gift should you return the item(s) in your order. Failure to return any free gift in new condition will result in the retail value of the gift being deducted from your refund.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded, at your request. If an item has been worn and developed a fault, we may request images of the item to verify the fault before authorising your return request.

International returns must be posted back to us at your own expense. Delivery costs on orders outside the UK will not be refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
