Levi Strauss & Co. has been innovating since the birth of the first pair of jeans on May 20th, 1873. One day the wife of a local laborer asked Jacob Davis, a tailor and one of Levi's® loyal customers, to make a pair of pants for her husband that wouldn't fall apart. Jacob came up with the idea to put metal rivets at points of strain, like pocket corners and the base of the button fly. Davis collaborated with Levi and soon the first riveted clothing was made and sold. The first pair of 'jeans' were made from traditional denim, a popular choice of fabric for men's workwear, and within a very short time the jean was a bona fide success.
In 1873, two visionary immigrants turned denim, thread and a little metal into what has become the most popular apparel on earth.

For UK orders over £100, we offer FREE DELIVERY. For all orders under £100, delivery is charged at £3.99. All orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail. All orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is a 2-3 working day delivery from dispatch. Please enter your contact details at checkout for shipping and tracking notifications.
Items available to pre-order can take between 3-10 working days to arrive, depending on availability from our suppliers.
Please contact us for an accurate delivery estimate if your item is shown as "pre-order" and you need the product urgently.
If you order a combination of in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship individual items as soon as they become available.
Next day delivery is available for in-stock items, for orders placed before 2pm. The cost for this is £9.99.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will need to return your order before you are refunded.
International orders from within the European Union (EU) will be charged at £7.99. All EU orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which typically takes 5-7 working days to arrive from dispatch.
International orders from outside the European Union (Rest Of World) will be charged at £14.99. All International (Rest Of World) orders will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, which typically takes 5-14 working days to arrive from dispatch.
We use Royal Mail to dispatch our orders. All items are insured so if they are lost in postal transit, your money is guaranteed at all times. If this is the case, we will file a claim for missing goods with Royal Mail and upon completion of the claim we will either re-send the goods or refund the full amount to your card. Please be aware this process can take up to 21 days, as we have to give Royal Mail sufficient time to search for your missing parcel.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order to protect against fraud - however you can change your delivery address before completing your order if you wish to have your order delivered to your workplace or elsewhere.
Returns in the UK are FREE.
If you wish to return your order, we offer a refund or an exchange if it is sent back in brand new, resaleable condition (including all tags, packaging and boxes) within 30 days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used (card, paypal, google pay or amazon pay). If you paid using Pay Later with Klarna, your refund will be reflected in your Klarna statement, and the balance owed will be cleared.
To speed up the exchange process, if you request an exchange we will email you a gift card code upon receipt of your return, which you can then use to place a new order for the item you require.
When you have requested a return via our online portal, you will receive an email with instructions on how to generate your free returns label and return the order to us. Any refund or exchange credit will be issued once we have received the goods, in the original condition. The refund will be for the full amount of your order, including delivery costs.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded, at your request. If an item has been worn and developed a fault, we may request images of the item to verify the fault before authorising your return request.
International returns must be posted back to us at your own expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
